Begin your practice with a personalized assessment and goal-setting session, where our expert instructors will help you learn how to activate your deep core, move from your bones to find proper alignment and good form. During your first three sessions you will strengthen your core, improve mobility, and understand your body in proper alignment. From there, elevate your movement practice with classes that blend Pilates, strength training, and mindful movement—leaving you feeling balanced, strong, and rejuvenated.

5 individual 50-minute sessions
31 group classes
12 weeks of guided progression
Your schedule is designed to support consistency without burnout:
Week 1: 3 individual sessions
Weeks 2–4: 3 classes/week
Week 5: 1 individual session + 2 classes
Weeks 6–8: 3 classes/week
Week 9: 1 individual session + 2 classes
Weeks 10–12: 3 classes/week
