We teach Pilates as a system of movement. That means, every person in class has full access to all Pilates equipment. We use Balance Body Reformers, Towers, Chairs, Pilates arcs, and the Springboards, jumpboards, and of course, the mat! We love our props too, we believe these add a challenge and also help assist movement too. These include Pilates rings, bars, balls, bands, and free weights.

We have a wide variety of instructors on our team, some prefer a quiet sneaky burn, others exude energy when you walk in the room. But rest assured, you will get an amazing workout every time. We are like the flavors of ice cream, all different, but amazing. Try all themes for a varied experience and feel the RF method through and through.

No, but Pilates and yoga complement each other wonderfully! Pilates focuses on building core strength, coordinating breath with movement, and improving posture through bodyweight resistance and equipment-based exercises. While Pilates is also highly therapeutic, offering benefits like improved alignment and mobility, it can be just a powerful strength and resistnace training program. Classes build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Both yoga and Pilates practices offer unique pathways to fitness and wellness, honoring the body’s need for balance, strength, and healing.
