Get ready for a full-body burn in this strength-focused mat Pilates class, held in our infrared classroom at 105 degrees. You'll move through challenging, sustained sequences designed to build strength, endurance, balance, mobility all the while pushing your muscles to fatigue. You will leave sweaty, energized, and feeling your best with Pilates!
