A Workshop with Movement Specialist Jen Fiandt

 

In this alignment-focused movement workshop, you will learn to restore healthy foot function to improve your balance, confidence, and comfort.

You will leave with a strengthening routine that:

  • Eliminates tight feet & calves

  • Restores balance to your body

  • "Cross trains" the effect of high heels

  • Eliminates sore feet, knees, hips and low back

  • Prevents & manages common issues like plantar fascillitis, achilles tendonitis, bunions, ankle sprains, and hammertoes
