Dominic
Dominic believes movement is more than exercise—it is a spiritual and emotional experience that should be embraced, and celebrated. After spending over 20 years as a master finish carpenter, he witnessed the toll that hard labor took on his fellow tradesmen, including his own father. Determined to carve a different path, he embraced cleaner eating, consistent workouts, and time in nature. That journey led him to Pilates—and he was instantly hooked.
Pilates not only strengthened and healed his once stiff, achy “construction worker back,” it revealed something deeper: the practice creates diamonds on the inside. These inner diamonds—built through breath, precision, and mindful movement—become a source of fuel we can call upon to face life’s toughest challenges.
Now a dedicated Pilates instructor, Dominic shares this philosophy with his clients, inspiring them to move with strength, grace and purpose. Outside the studio, he is a proud father of three (two boys and a girl), an artist, and an outdoor enthusiast. His days begin with an invigorating early morning ice bath, a practice that sharpens his mind and fortifies his resilience. He spends as much time as possible in nature—kayaking, paddleboarding, and running trails completely barefoot. A multiple barefoot ultramarathon finisher, Dominic embodies resilience and the joy of living fully in motion. His mission is simple: to help others move their best moves, breathe their best breaths, and discover their own inner diamonds.
