Adrienne brings a background in physical therapy, professional dance, and fitness to RF's education team. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Oakland University and her bachelor's degree in Movement Science at the University of Michigan.
Alongside her work at Orthopedic Spine & Sports Therapy, Adrienne joins RF in helping you connect movement science with your development as a Pilates instructor.
