Individual sessions include a customized program designed to meet your needs and goals. Your program will address injuries, chronic pain, weakness, as well as areas needing specialized attention.

Assessment

An in-depth discovery of how your health history, past injuries, current lifestyle, and daily habits contribute to how you move and feel. We’ll establish your body’s baseline and define your goals.
