Individual sessions include a customized program designed to meet your needs and goals. Your program will address injuries, chronic pain, weakness, as well as areas needing specialized attention.
Master Instructor Sessions start with an initial assessment prior to your workout session.
An in-depth discovery of how your health history, past injuries, current lifestyle, and daily habits contribute to how you move and feel. You’ll establish your body’s baseline and define your goals, and the Master Instructor will design a customized Pilates program to be carried out by a Certified Instructor.
